Listing of the NYMEX RBOB and Heating Oil Options on
CME Globex®
Beginning on Sunday evening, August 19, 2007 (for trade date
August 20, 2007), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will list for trading, its NYMEX Division
RBOB (OB) and Heating Oil (OH) options on the CME Globex® platform, alongside open-outcry trading
on the NYMEX trading floor.
In order to insure orderly exercise procedures, no expiring
option will be accepted for trading after the close of "open outcry trading" for the respective
contracts on the NYMEX on the day of expiration.
Trading Hours:
From 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time,
with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.

TESTING AVAILABILITY
These contracts will be available
for customer testing in the Certification environment on
Monday, August 5, 2007.
ITC 2.1 Ticker Testing will be held
on
Friday, August 3 and
Friday, August 11, 2007 at approximately 5:00
p.m. Central Time.
MDP Channels
ITC 2.1 market data will be
transmitted on Channel 41; RLC market data will be transmitted on Channel 35.
